Kick off your day with something sweet. Crêperie Catherine carved out of a former chalet, is famous among local skiers for its old-fashioned crepes, and the hundreds of chef-themed dolls, teapots, cookie jars and other tchotchkes that line its walls. Order the house specialty (7 Canadian dollars) — a crepe with hot and velvety sucre à la crème. Be sure to arrive early though, as waits for its 40 seats can sometimes be up to an hour.

Au Cœur du Tremblant touristique se niche depuis 15 ans la Crêperie Catherine. Installée dans un authentique chalet typique des Pays d’en haut, on y trouve toutes les variantes sucrées et salées qui sauront combler la famille. Mes préférées : pomme verte-cannelle-sucre a la crème et pèches-crème fouettée.

Si vous etes de passage a Mont-Tremblant, arrêtez-vous a la Crêperie Catherine. Dans un établissement situe au bas du village, on cuisine sous vos yeux des crêpes délicieuses et peu chères, le tout dans un décor chaleureux. Parmi les meilleures, notons la crêpe au saumon fume et celle au fromage de chevre. Testées avec bonheur, et grandement appréciées! Pour le petit-déjeuner, avant d’entreprendre une journée de plein air, on apprécie la crêpe Spécial Catherine, ou celle au sucre a la crème et aux pommes. Complètement décadent
